In collaboration with Uwajimaya, I designed the "CID ALL STAR" tee, honoring the Chinatown-International District during MLB ALL STAR week. Growing up playing baseball, Ichiro Suzuki was my favorite player in the game; a phenomenal athlete, a legendary Mariners player, a symbol of perseverance. For this ALL STAR tee, we recognize the importance of our AANHPI leaders, role models, and legends, including baseball icons like Suzuki, who inspire people of all nationalities and backgrounds. Within the design, I wanted to showcase this ALL STAR through a mechanized Gundam, taking flight in his signature batting pose. Whether you're facing two outs in the bottom of the ninth, or some other challenges, the CID ALL STAR Gundam will go to bat for you.
